Alison Brown(She/her)

Occupational Therapist

Alison is a perinatal and infant therapist, and endorsed mental health occupational therapist. Her special interest is supporting individuals and families who have experienced trauma, disruption or distress while navigating the perinatal period. She appreciates the complex layers of experience that occur during this time, and that impact parents, babies and siblings in unique ways. Alison is also aware of the challenges that arise in daily life during perinatal transitions. She is able to address personal, environmental and occupational factors to support her clients to live with more ease, and offers home-visits and community-based appointments to meet specific therapeutic goals. Alison has completed specialist training in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health with the Perinatal Training Centre, and is a trained Circle of Security Parenting program facilitator.

Shanna is a clinical psychologist dedicated to perinatal mental health. She takes a warm and engaging approach to assist families to navigate the difficulties that can arise throughout the fertility and parenting journey. Shanna enjoys supporting all family members and invites partners, babies and children to participate in therapy. Shanna draws on therapy modalities that are person centred and emotion focused. She is trained in specialised therapies, including schema focused therapy, circle of security parenting (COSP) program strategies, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples. She has completed specialist training in Perinatal Mental Health with the Perinatal Training Centre. Shanna is also a trained COSP Program facilitator, is authorised to deliver non-directive pregnancy counselling, and is an AHPRA board approved supervisor. Emily Fraser(She/her)

Psychologist

Emily is a warm and nurturing psychologist with a special interest in perinatal and infant mental health. She provides support to individuals and families throughout the entire perinatal and early parenting journey, including those undergoing fertility treatment and families who have experienced perinatal loss.  Emily understands the challenges that can arise when trying to grow and raise family, and therefore provides a supportive and safe place for her clients to navigate through their experiences to create meaningful change. She brings a flexible approach to evidence-based practice by drawing on various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and circle of security parenting (COSP) strategies. Emily is also trained in the treatment of perinatal anxiety and depression and has completed specialist training with the Perinatal Training Centre in perinatal mental health and perinatal loss.
