Alison Brown (She/her)Occupational Therapist

Alison is a perinatal and infant therapist, and endorsed mental health occupational therapist. Her special interest is supporting individuals and families who have experienced trauma, disruption or distress while navigating the perinatal period. She appreciates the complex layers of experience that occur during this time, and that impact parents, babies and siblings in unique ways. Alison is also aware of the challenges that arise in daily life during perinatal transitions. She is able to address personal, environmental and occupational factors to support her clients to live with more ease, and offers home-visits and community-based appointments to meet specific therapeutic goals. Alison has completed specialist training in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health with the Perinatal Training Centre, and is a trained Circle of Security Parenting program facilitator.
