Amy believes that therapy can offer a wonderful platform for self-discovery and personal growth. Amy has a particular interest in supporting client’s experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, coping with stress, family violence and supporting people through adjustment issues. Amy is warm, non-judgmental and holistic in her approach. Amy utilises person centred, trauma informed and strengths-based frameworks in her approach. Amy brings strong advocacy skills and an empathy to her work. Amy is committed to providing evidence-based approaches, including Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness. In addition to therapy, Amy is available for consultation, training and supervision.

Mental Health Clinician. Bronte us passionate about supporting individuals to discover what wellness looks and feels like for them in regards to their emotional, social and mental health. Bronte has particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, coping with stress, motherhood and women’s health. Brontes approach to therapy is non-judgmental, warm, compassionate and collaborative. Bronte uses a range of approaches such as person-centred practice, strengths based and trauma informed frameworks. Bronte utilises evidence-based approaches, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Schema, ACT and CBT. Bronte is available for individual therapy and supervision.

Marlee Banfield(She/her)

Marlee is a counsellor and psychotherapist with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counselling. Marlee’s approach is person-centred with an emphasis on cultivating mindful curiosity and self-compassion. Marlee has a particular interest in supporting clients with relationship challenges, emotion regulation and identity assertion. Marlee works collaboratively with clients to gently unpack personal narratives and emotional themes in order to gain clarity and insight into past and present concerns. Marlee believes that we all make perfect sense given our unique histories and experiences. Marlee supports her own mental wellbeing with a dedicated meditation practice, journaling, reading and regular bush walks. Drawing on a diverse pool of therapeutic frameworks—including attachment theory, depth psychology, parts work, polyvagal theory, and somatic practices—Marlee tailors her approach to fit the unique needs and experiences of each client.

Tamera Broughton(She/her)

Tammie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and director of CSC. She takes a person-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative and strengths-based approach to her work with clients. Staying true to her social work background, she draws on social-ecological systems theory and feminist theory to help place and make sense of individuals and their struggles into a larger world that shapes their interactions with themselves and others. Tammie works with individuals from 18 years and up, and couples to help them make sense of their challenges and develop better ways of managing difficult times. She has a particular interest in working in early trauma and attachment wounding, and people who struggle with self-esteem, self-worth and confidence issues, and those who struggle with anxiety, depression or PTSD symptoms or symptoms of complex trauma. Tammie is a EMDR therapist and also integrates Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy, Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Poly Vagal theory, CBT, ACT and Mindfulness into her work with clients. Tammie is a passionate lifelong learner, loves to read and listen to podcasts. She is an animal lover, particularly of her Staffy, Punky, who is in Visiting Dog training and joins Tammie in the Brunswick clinic on a Thursday.
