Amy is passionate about supporting people across all developmental stages with their emotional, social and mental health. Amy believes that therapy can offer a wonderful platform for self-discovery and personal growth.
Amy has a particular interest in supporting client’s experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, coping with stress, family violence and supporting people through adjustment issues.
Amy is warm, non-judgmental and holistic in her approach. Amy utilises person centred, trauma informed and strengths-based frameworks in her approach. Amy brings strong advocacy skills and an empathy to her work.
Amy is committed to providing evidence-based approaches, including Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness.
In addition to therapy, Amy is available for consultation, training and supervision.
