There is a huge gap in service provision in the eurobodalla's small villages and hamlets. We want to bring holistic fitness to our home and to support our community as it grows. We are 2 personal trainers who discovered on our own journeys, that there is so much more to a healthy body than just exercise. Our team is built of likeminded individuals who have experience in a huge range of fields, and have come together to give you Balance. We are here to support our community through our holistic health and fitness programs covering the fundamentals of exercise and various other disciplines, whilst also providing emotional wellbeing and workshops targeted at improving body image, self confidence, wellness and building social networks.

Andrew has a passion for integrated health and wellness combining 20+ years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist and Traditional Chinese medicine Practitioner. Drew, as most folks call him, loves to help people solve complex, tricky and "knotty" health issues by treating the root of the condition. Graded Individualised Exercise Programs are at the core of what Drew offers, helping you craft a functional exercise program that teaches you how to use your body in the way it's designed to, restore function, resolve pain, and aid the body's natural healing process......all through Exercise. Drew is Accredited with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA), AHPRA, and teaches Clinical/therapeutic based Pilates, Taichi, Qigong, and Yoga classes integrated modern exercise science with the wisdom of traditional practices.

I'm not your typical personal trainer - I don't have 6 pack abs and I enjoy food!  I'm all about Balance. I have a wealth of experience in exercise and movement. I understand that a journey to improved health is not linear and we all need different motivations and strategies at different times. I enjoy working with clients who are returning to exercise post injury or illness and am passionate about supporting carers and women's health as we age. I have been lucky enough to work with clients from 5 to 85 with a range of special considerations. I am a mum to 3 kiddos, 2 with disabilities, and have a pretty well rounded knowledge of the NDIS.  If you can't find me at the gym, I'm usually nursing a coffee in the sun at Kilibinbin, or building sandcastles at Shark Bay with the fam. From the first time I met a personal trainer, I wondered what it would be like to help people who needed it. I had the opportunity one day with my best friend who pushed me to become a PT and go for my goal and I haven't looked back since. I pride myself on thinking outside the box in my training styles and finding innovative exercise methods. Breathwork and Yoga are some of my favorite areas to instruct and give people tools to unlock a balanced lifestyle. My passion is helping people out of pain and into a better quality of life. I use forms of Yoga, Breath, and Exercise to get people moving. Through multiple injuries over the years, I have gained knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology and how to work towards restoring function. I want to work with people who need help and are willing to try something different to build change. Over 6 years I've been fortunate to work with people from multiple backgrounds of life and help improve their lives for the better. When I am not hanging out with my dog, I usually looking for adventure with my camera and drone at the beach or out in the bush. I love the ocean and the South Coast. Between the coastal air and the crisp ocean water, I found my balance, and as long as I am caffeinated I am very willing to help you find yours
