I'm all about Balance.
I have a wealth of experience in exercise and movement. I understand that a journey to improved health is not linear and we all need different motivations and strategies at different times. I enjoy working with clients who are returning to exercise post injury or illness and am passionate about supporting carers and women's health as we age. I have been lucky enough to work with clients from 5 to 85 with a range of special considerations. I am a mum to 3 kiddos, 2 with disabilities, and have a pretty well rounded knowledge of the NDIS.
If you can't find me at the gym, I'm usually nursing a coffee in the sun at Kilibinbin, or building sandcastles at Shark Bay with the fam.
