From the first time I met a personal trainer, I wondered what it would be like to help people who needed it. I had the opportunity one day with my best friend who pushed me to become a PT and go for my goal and I haven't looked back since.
I pride myself on thinking outside the box in my training styles and finding innovative exercise methods.
Breathwork and Yoga are some of my favorite areas to instruct and give people tools to unlock a balanced lifestyle. My passion is helping people out of pain and into a better quality of life. I use forms of Yoga, Breath, and Exercise to get people moving.
Through multiple injuries over the years, I have gained knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology and how to work towards restoring function. I want to work with people who need help and are willing to try something different to build change. Over 6 years I've been fortunate to work with people from multiple backgrounds of life and help improve their lives for the better.
When I am not hanging out with my dog, I usually looking for adventure with my camera and drone at the beach or out in the bush. I love the ocean and the South Coast. Between the coastal air and the crisp ocean water, I found my balance, and as long as I am caffeinated I am very willing to help you find yours
