Yu (Joseph) Zhang obtained a bachelor degree of health Science in TCM from Chengdu TCM University in 1994 and later became a national registered acupuncturist upon relocating to Australia in 2001. Joseph is a friendly and professional practitioner with over 20 years of experience practicing in Sydney, he has developed a broad understanding of the treatment of various illnesses and diseases from pain disorders to depression, anxiety and more. Joseph believes in a holistic approach to treatment and he has also obtained a certificate IV in ageing support, he is able to integrate traditional Chinese exercises for elderly such as Taichi and Qigong to enhance the benefits of treatment. Herbal products will be offered if it’s necessary to further improve the health conditions. He is accredited in remedial massage which he is able to apply in consultations as well.
