Tia’s passion for human movement stems from a lifetime love of dance. Tia began dancing at a young age, and has trained in contemporary, classical ballet, jazz & commercial dance styles. Finding pole & aerials (lyra, silks and sling/hammock) 5 years ago perfectly combined Tia’s interests in strength training, fitness and dance. Alongside weight/strength training, pole, aerials and dance, Tia also enjoys snow skiing & boarding, and anything to do with the snow or the water!
Motivated by her interest in biomechanics and functional movement, Tia pursued a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Dance. This pursuit equipped her with insights into performance and movement optimisation within sports and dance contexts. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Recognising the uniqueness of each individual's movement journey, Tia places a paramount emphasis on tailoring her approach to the specific strengths of her clients. Her primary objective is to collaborate with clients, fostering confidence and empowerment throughout their unique movement journey.
