Alana is a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Fitness Coach registered with Fitness Australia. She holds a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Certificate, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification, with five years of coaching experience in the fitness industry. Beyond fitness, Alana is also a qualified nutritionist and provides nutrition coaching, helping clients optimise their performance, recovery, and overall well-being through tailored nutrition strategies. With eight years of pole dancing experience, Alana is an instructor, high-level competitor, and coach to both national and international pole athletes in both training and nutrition. Her expertise in strength, flexibility, and conditioning has helped athletes refine their skills, enhance their performance, and prevent injuries. Alana’s background in a wide range of sports and physical disciplines has shaped her dynamic coaching approach. She has competed in amateur boxing, state-level athletics, and played soccer for over 10 years, giving her a deep understanding of the unique physical demands of different sports. Doris Ng(She/her)

Physiotherapist

Doris has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and over 10 years of experience working as a rehab physio in hospitals and the community, with extensive experience in neurology and orthopedic rehab. She discovered her passion for rehab early on and has been dedicated to helping those in need ever since. Doris loves challenging her body and has a long-standing passion for the gym and weight lifting. Once she started her pole journey in October 2020, she never looked back. As someone who loves movement, Doris also enjoys fitting in Pilates and yoga when she can. As a new mom, Doris danced throughout her pregnancy, welcoming her baby in January 2024. She hopes to inspire other pregnant women to stay active and continue their love of pole and movement. Doris is also a huge dog lover and adores her furbaby Benny, a husky-German shepherd mix. Dr Loren Kowal(She/her)

Chiropractor

Loren is a highly qualified AHPRA registered chiropractor with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. Loren has also completed extensive dry needling courses, as well as other movement and assessment courses. Loren is an elite athlete, teaching and competing in pole, lyra, handstands and acrobatics as well as flexibility, and as such has recognised the importance of a good healthcare provider for injury prevention and treatment. Loren believes in honesty when it comes to treating patients, and will always provide her patients with the best evidence based care available. She has a passion for treating pole and aerial athletes due to her extensive knowledge in this field, however also enjoys general practice injuries and pain. Loren has a strong belief in patient based care, evaluating patient goals and helping them achieve this. Whether that simply be to get out of pain, or to function at a high sporting level. Loren employs a range of techniques to her treatments, adapting to the needs of each patient. She also has extensive rehab knowledge to help prevent further injury.

Tia Chamulko(She/her)

Massage Therapist

Tia’s passion for human movement stems from a lifetime love of dance. Tia began dancing at a young age, and has trained in contemporary, classical ballet, jazz & commercial dance styles. Finding pole & aerials (lyra, silks and sling/hammock) 5 years ago perfectly combined Tia’s interests in strength training, fitness and dance. Alongside weight/strength training, pole, aerials and dance, Tia also enjoys snow skiing & boarding, and anything to do with the snow or the water! Motivated by her interest in biomechanics and functional movement, Tia pursued a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Dance. This pursuit equipped her with insights into performance and movement optimisation within sports and dance contexts. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Recognising the uniqueness of each individual's movement journey, Tia places a paramount emphasis on tailoring her approach to the specific strengths of her clients. Her primary objective is to collaborate with clients, fostering confidence and empowerment throughout their unique movement journey.
