Sneha is a provisional psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan who present with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD and OCD.
Sneha understands the unique circumstances and perspectives of her clients with openness and curiosity. She believes in empowering individuals to focus on their strengths to build self-efficacy and collaboratively find tailored solutions to their emotional, behavioural and life challenges.
With mental health experience in therapeutic intervention, crisis counselling, and psychometric assessment across the lifespan, Sneha has a compassionate and respectful person-centred approach that also considers the influence of family values and cultural diversity. She couples her collaborative style with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Sneha welcomes clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents and adults) with a variety of presentations including anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum, depression, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, as well as behaviour, cognition and anger management issues.
