Sandra Alder Psychologist

Sandra Alder is a registered psychologist who has extensive experience in providing counselling to children (7+ years), adolescents, and adults. Sandra is compassionate, warm, and empathetic, and provides a non-judgemental environment for clients. Sandra works with anxiety, stress management, phobias, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, adjustment disorders, emotional regulation, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. Sandra uses a range of treatment approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She has implementing individual and family intervention programs for pre-school and school aged children to promote children’s psychological and social development. Sandra values working collaboratively with her clients to assist them in achieving their therapy goals.
