She integrates modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT-E, and trauma-informed approaches to support adults facing life transitions, interpersonal stressors, and neurodivergent challenges. Passionate about accessibility and innovation in mental health care, Lauren also offers Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) through Rural Mind Matters, as well as psychoeducation services and online courses.
