This coupled with years in the fitness industry makes David an experienced coach with an ample skillset he is able to utilise with his clients. Tom Haynes is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength sports performance. He works with clients to help manage chronic conditions by employing pain reduction strategies and improving mobility in order to help clients to move and live well. Tom comprehensively investigates acute musculoskeletal conditions and applies evidence-based treatment in innovative ways, with particular interests in the treatment of shoulder, lower back, hip, knees and ankle conditions.

Kelly Mann is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning coach who specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance. Kelly focuses on reaching client’s goals through prescribing exercise for movement correction, improving muscle imbalance, injury prevention and rehabilitation; using evidence based techniques for both sporting and general populations. Kelly's areas of interest and specialisation include back pain and rehabilitation, general hip pain and mechanics, shoulder dysfunction and mechanics, post-operative rehabilitation, strength training and disease prevention, osteoporosis prevention and treatment.

Steven Day is a seasoned Strength and Conditioning Coach, specialising in powerlifting. Steven has competed in powerlifting since 2015 and coaching since 2016. During this time he has taken multiple people from beginner athletes to national champions. His athletes have broken over 30 national records since the birth of APU. Steven is ranked 5th within IPF for his squat for the U74kg weight class! Steven has worked with athletes ranging from novice to elite level to help them reach their full potential.
