Sally Kemp (she/her) is a clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and peri- and post-natal mental health issues.
Sally helps people who feel anxious, down, frustrated, exhausted, and burnt out. Her clients struggle to shut off their negative self-talk, believe they are not enough, or say life has not turned out as they’d like. Some feel unable to move past certain distressing experiences in their lives. Some describe being stuck in a cycle of procrastinating, unable to get things done, and as though everyday life is harder than it should be.
Sally helps her clients to tackle their inner critic and let go of their perfectionism. She guides them to process and learn from painful past experiences. She assists them to develop the strategies they need to bring structure and calm to their lives.
Sally is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Sally is the Co-Founder of Kemar Meaningful Directions, which focuses on cultivating women’s well-being though small group programs.
