Ms Rachel Mintoff (She/her)Social Worker

The ADHD Social Worker Wollongong, New South Wales

Overview

Rachel is an Accredited Social Worker and late-diagnosed AUDHDer who specialises in ADHD coaching and counselling. Rachel brings a cumulation of years of professional knowledge and lived experience to her practice, with a focus on providing neuroaffirming, strength-based, and goal-oriented support. Through her own experiences navigating her life post-diagnosis, Rachel found that in seeking support her options were not only limited but also not suitable for her specific needs. This made the challenge of learning and healing much harder. As a Social Worker, Rachel has had the privilege of working with many clients from varying walks of life. From providing trauma-informed case management, to therapeutic counselling Rachel's experiences have helped to shape her practice. With both her professional experience and lived experience at the forefront of her practice, Rachel walks with her clients to navigate their ADHD journey their way.
