Rachel is an Accredited Social Worker and late-diagnosed AuDHDer who specialises in ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD coaching and counselling. Rachel combines years of professional expertise with her lived experience, focusing on providing neuroaffirming, strength-based, and goal-oriented support tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals. Through her own experiences navigating life post-diagnosis, Rachel discovered that available support options were often limited and not designed for those at the intersection of ADHD and Autism. This inspired her to create The AuDHD Social Worker to provide the understanding and resources she wished had been available to her. As a Social Worker, Rachel has had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds. From trauma-informed case management to therapeutic counselling, these experiences have shaped her approach and deepened her commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate care. With both professional expertise and lived experience at the core of her practice, Rachel works alongside her clients to navigate their ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD journey in a way that honours their individuality and strengths.
