My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply compassionate, helping you break through patterns that keep you stuck so you can live a life that truly aligns with who you are. Using Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), breathwork, and a straight-talking approach, I work with people who are ready to ditch self-doubt, heal deeply, and step into their full potential. I believe that every person has the capacity for profound transformation, and my job is to walk alongside you, helping you navigate the barriers standing in your way.
