Using a person centred and strength based approach, Gabriele assists clients on their journey towards greater self-awareness and understanding, finding their own path, and leading a more fulfilling life, while promoting self-compassion and mindfulness. Therapeutic modalities utilised include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness, adapted to individual needs.
Gabriele enjoys practice across the lifespan and brings experience in trauma-informed counselling and working with both children and parents with focus on developing positive relationships, communication and building resilience.
