Azra is a Counselling Psychologist. Her goal is to provide a space for her clients to process their thoughts and emotions, leading to changes that may make them feel more fulfilled and less alone. She listens and gives insights and suggestions when needed.
Azra has several years experience and has worked in job services, universities and private practice.
She has provided support to adults when they are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, conflict, trauma, eating concerns, academic performance concerns, unemployment, loss and grief, stress, loss of motivation and many other life challenges. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and a nonjudgmental, empathic approach to help the people who see her.
