Michael draws on many years of experience and modern research and theory, to
help you find answers to difficult situations and relationship problems. He utilises
effective clinical approaches such as Solution-focused Therapy, CBT, and Narrative
Therapy, alongside other well researched interventions, delivered in a collaborative
style.

Michael works primarily with couples, adults and young males over 13. This involves
a big focus on relationship dynamics, emotional wellbeing, and replacing old thought
and behavioural patterns learned earlier in life, with a fresh, invigorated sense of self.
