Jessie believes in a gentle therapeutic approach to help you achieve your goals. She has expertise in helping with relationships, sexual identity, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression. She engages with people in a client-centered manner and has expertise in Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy, but is happy to use and adapt a modality that best fits you. Jessie has worked with children, teenagers, and adults and offers a positive, open environment for people to feel safe and listened to. Jessie understands that starting counselling can be a big step and wishes to take that step with her clients to give them a therapeutic framework to help them improve their situations.

Michael draws on many years of experience and modern research and theory, to help you find answers to difficult situations and relationship problems. He utilises effective clinical approaches such as Solution-focused Therapy, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, alongside other well researched interventions, delivered in a collaborative style.
