Mathew is both an empathetic and analytical registered provisional psychologist. He believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalised treatment plans. He values working with clients across the lifespan, from children, through to adolescents, adults, and the elderly. His interests lie in helping clients who are experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, stress, sleep, phobias, grief, trauma, substance use, and relationships.

He uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, graded exposure therapy, mindfulness therapy, and aspects of gestalt and schema therapies to guide clients towards lasting positive change.
