Mr Lindsey O'Meley Exercise Physiologist

Meet Lindsey O'Meley, an Exercise Physiologist at Eurobodalla Health and Fitness. Growing up in the beautiful Batemans Bay area, Lindsey has always been drawn to the fields of human anatomy, injury rehabilitation, fitness, and health. He began his health and fitness career as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2016, but quickly realised that his true passion was in rehabilitation. In pursuit of this passion, Lindsey enrolled in the Bachelor of Exercise Science program at the University of Wollongong, where he graduated in 2021. He then returned home to Eurobodalla to continue her education, and is currently completing a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology through Charles Sturt University. Lindsey is driven by his love for helping people, and his own experience with injury has given him a deep appreciation for the transformative power of exercise physiology. He is dedicated to supporting his clients on their journey to better health and fitness, and is always eager to share his knowledge and experience with others.
