Casey is a passionate and dedicated dietitian with an unwavering love for all things food and nutrition. After completing a Masters in Dietetics at the University of Queensland in 2024, Casey made the decision to move to Launceston, attracted by the cooler weather, fresh air, small-town charm, and abundant opportunities for outdoor adventures. With a background in the fitness industry, Casey is deeply committed to helping others achieve their health and nutrition goals while having a whole lot of fun in the process. He takes a holistic approach, considering each person’s unique situation, needs, and goals. By advocating for realistic and achievable strategies, he helps individuals build a strong foundation for long-term health and sustainable habits. Casey particularly enjoys working with individuals managing chronic conditions, as well as those pursuing specific sporting goals or following plant-based, vegan, or vegetarian diets. Casey believes in the transformative power of food and nutrition to enhance our well-being in every aspect of life—mentally, physically, and as part of a thriving community. He is excited about the potential for food to play a role in helping people live their healthiest, happiest lives.
