Mr Ben Stepic Other Medical Practitioner

Ben is a registered Exercise Scientist and graduated from Victoria University Footscray Park. Ben’s interest for exercise treatment, development, and rehabilitation was sparked at a young age of 16 years once he began to focus on programming and exercise based treatments for alleviating body aches and pains. This ultimately influenced Ben to begin studying Exercise Science to further his knowledge and implement knowledge and skills gathered from this degree into the workplace by helping clients achieve goals suitable to a wide variety of needs. Ben’s personal training experience and university placements assisted him in developing the skills of working with deconditioned populations and prescribing exercise in a safe and effective manner. Ben is committed to educating and providing clients with beneficial exercise prescriptions to promote optimal health and wellbeing outcomes to improve daily living and quality of life. In Ben’s spare time he enjoys staying active by walking the dogs, going camping and traveling with family and friends, and spending days by the beach and lake.
