I’m a dedicated psychologist with a robust background in psychology and a deep commitment to fostering the mental well-being of individuals, particularly young people.
My extensive experience covers a broad spectrum of psychological issues, enabling me to effectively address diverse mental health challenges and offer personalised support to clients in a culturally sensitive and neurodivergent-affirming manner. I integrate a trauma-informed and intersectional framework into my practice.
With a compassionate and empathetic approach, my focus is on helping clients navigate their emotional well-being, fostering positive growth, and achieving a high quality of care. I utilise a variety of modalities and collaborate with clients to choose the best approach, drawing from methods such as Narrative Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Complicated Grief Therapy, and Family Therapy.
