As an accredited Exercise Physiologist, I help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised exercise programs. I have a special interest in working with patients who have neurological impairments, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease, focusing on enhancing mobility and overall function. In addition to neurological rehabilitation, I design specific return-to-work programs for individuals recovering from various injuries, including sports injuries, workplace accidents, and musculoskeletal issues. These programs are tailored to facilitate a safe and effective transition back to work. I also support clients managing chronic pain, arthritis, and post-surgery rehabilitation. My services are eligible for Medicare rebates, as well as other health fund rebates, ensuring accessible care for all clients. I also offer private bookings for those seeking tailored sessions.
