Overview

Leslie is an experienced registered psychologist, registered by the Psychology Board of Australia, a division of the Australian Health practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She has experience working with adults and adolescents of various ages and cultural backgrounds. She offers Diagnostic assessments and reports, Evidence-Based therapeutic interventions, Workers Compensation claims, and help clear NSW State Debt through the Workers Development Order program. She is living her passion as a registered psychologist working collaboratively with her clients to create positive change and transformation. She is inspired by the belief that authenticity is the natural state in all of us and that a good therapeutic relationship is the starting point for actioning change. As a psychologist, Leslie is well informed in research and use evidence-based therapies that adhere to the ‘scientific-practitioner’ model. Leslie is proficient in using psychological assessment for primary aged children as well as forensic assessment and report writing in accordance with scientifically based protocols. As a later graduate, Leslie is up-to-date in neuroscience and in the way mindfulness can promote integrative functioning between various regions of the brain, optimising self-regulation and transforming trauma. Leslie has many years of experience working with a wide range of concerns that hold people back from realising their potential. Her approach is interpersonal, solution focussed and attachment-oriented, which she combines with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to accompany her clients on the exciting path towards personal growth.
