Overview

Ksenia is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). Ksenia works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through a variety of psychological concerns with a warm, compassionate, and gentle approach. Ksenia has experience in both public and private settings, including a strong background in the child protection sector, where she worked closely with vulnerable youth. She is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for her clients, helping them explore their inner worlds, build resilience, and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges. Her therapeutic approach is person-centred and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST) and trauma-informed practices. She values collaboration in therapy, working alongside her clients to create meaningful change. Originally from Adelaide, Ksenia enjoys exploring Sydney’s beaches in her spare time. She also speaks Russian and is currently learning Greek. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her hiking, trying new restaurants, and perfecting her Duolingo streak!
