Karen is a qualified counsellor and provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Counselling Association and AHPRA. Karen has an easy-going and caring nature and believes in helping clients to develop short-term and long-term strategies to enable constructive changes for a more fulfilled and meaningful life through developing better insights, self-awareness and self-confidence.
Karen is particularly passionate about helping people who are facing challenges or difficulties with self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, life goals and stress in their work and personal lives. She immensely enjoys working with clients collaboratively in a non-judgemental and respectful way that empowers clients to achieve their own desired outcomes.
Karen tailors the session depending on their individual needs as she knows everyone is unique. Her counselling approach draws on a range of evidence-based treatment approaches including:

Karen is currently completing postgraduate study in psychology and in her spare time, loves crafting, gardening, yoga and doing renovation around the house.
