Over her 10 years as a gymnastics coach, Jasmyn has developed a strong passion for designing programs that focus on neurodiversity and various neurological disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and others. She specializes in creating adaptive exercise programs that promote health and fitness with a holistic approach, tailored to address each person's unique needs and goals.
With a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Jasmyn combines her clinical knowledge with practical experience to design individualized programs for both individuals and groups.
