Krishna has worked as a GP in Sydney for more than 10 years having previously worked as a research scientist which gave her the chance to live and work in Germany for a number of years, sparking a lifelong love of travel and of exploring other cultures.
The challenge of getting support to manage the myriad of possible symptoms that can come with perimenopause and menopause really hit home when she started experiencing symptoms herself while, like most women, also trying to juggle the many demands of family, work and society.
While always having had a special interest in women’s health, this prompted Krishna to actively seek further education in this field and to join the Australian Menopause Society. She is passionate about using this knowledge to help other women.
