The Centre for Perinatal Health & Parenting is a community-based day facility in a semi-rural setting in Winter Valley (Ballarat) VIC. The Centre caters for families from pregnancy planning, to pregnancy, through to infancy, toddlerhood, preschool, primary school, and children up to 16 years of age. It offers the following professional services: - Early Parenting Consultants - Adult and Child Psychologists - Occupational Therapy - Art Therapy - Equine Assisted Therapy - Play Therapy - Counselling, including Couples Counselling - Perinatal Massage Therapist - Prenatal Yoga Classes - Group Therapies and Parent Education Classes. The Centre for Perinatal Health & Parenting is the only one of its kind in Victoria, Australia. Referral/fee payment is via Medicare/GP Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare/GP Chronic Disease Management Plan, NDIS package utilisation, private health fund extras/HICAPS or self referral with direct payment for service.
