Sarah provides therapy to adolescents and adults. Her areas of expertise include Depression, Anxiety, parenting and pregnancy concerns, grief or loss, domestic violence, chronic illness/pain and work difficulties.

I use Mindfulness, ACT and CBT to help them identify and work towards goals in a supportive, client centred environment. I have a particular interest in the mind/body connection and health and believe that people are capable of great change.”
