Overview

I am a Registered Psychologist with a special interest in perinatal mental health as well as working with children and young people. I approach sessions with warmth, compassion and understanding, and work in collaboration with client’s to encourage real and positive change. I have worked across many public and private healthcare settings and believe in not only helping people feel as though they can survive challenges, but can help them thrive in the face of them. I have a passion in supporting parents with all of their parenting experiences from conception, pregnancy, birth and adjusting to parenthood, as well as working with postnatal anxiety and depression. I enjoy working creatively with children and young people and draw on elements of play, art and narrative therapy. I recognise that every person is unique and draw upon their strengths to tailor treatment to best suit their needs. I am also able to provide cognitive tests, aptitude tests, functional assessments and comprehensive psychometric testing for neurodevelopmental disorders (specifically ADHD) for children above the age of 7 and for adults.
