Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate Chinese medicine practitioner with a specialised focus on male and female fertility. By conducting thorough assessments and gathering a comprehensive personal health history, she leaves no stone unturned in identifying the root causes of her patients' fertility challenges and addresses them with acupuncture, Chinese medicinal herbs and lifestyle changes. Sarah works closely with individuals and couples to guide them on their journey to optimal reproductive health, offering support from conception through to delivery.

Zarah is passionate about helping you achieve your health goals which includes assisting with pain
management, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, depression, anxiety and overall general health and
wellbeing. Zarah specializes in fertility for both women and men as well as cosmetic acupuncture.
She has trained in both fertility management with Kirsten Wolfe and cosmetic acupuncture with
Vivian Tam, both leaders in their field. She has also trained in business management and psychology
from Monash University (Victoria) and has diploma in Sports Development, Beauty Therapy and
Reiki training 1 & 2. Growing up, Zarah had low self-esteem which turned into self-doubt as an adult.
This led Zarah to get out of her corporate job and to pursue a career in Chinese medicine instead.
She believes that each and every one of us is unique and her aim is for all of you to be the best
version of yourselves physically, mentally and spiritually. She was drawn to Chinese medicine as it
helped her with many of her health issues arising from her lack of confidence.
Zarah likes to use traditional methods of Chinese medicine including flame cupping and moxibustion.
She believes in treating the whole person including mind, body and spirit. She also believes in
calming your nervous system by utilising breath and meditation during your acupuncture treatment.
Zarah loves to create a gentle, calming, safe and nurturing environment for your healing to occur.
She has worked with different conditions including fertility, IVF, natural pregnancy, pregnancy,
menstrual issues including pain, irregular periods, heavy, scanty periods or no period, long COVID,
stress, insomnia, depression, Autism, ADHD, menopause, gut issues including SIBO, constipation,

Hannah brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and a passion for holistic healing.
Hannah specialises in various types of massage:
- Swedish Massage, which helps clients transcend into a state of bliss and serenity by easing muscle tension, improving circulation, and relaxing both mind and body.
- Pregnancy Massage, particularly beneficial from the second trimester onwards, pregnancy massage alleviates body tension, improves mood and sleep, reduces anxiety, and enhances mobility.
- Chakra Balancing Massage, balancing and energizing the life force through the use of essential oils, massage, energy, and crystal placement, promoting overall well-being by harmonizing the body and mind.
Hannah’s journey in healing began with her own quest for empowerment and self-discovery, leading her to specialize in various transformative modalities. Her extensive experience includes Energy Healing, NLP, Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Holotropic Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Healing.

Tulsi is a bachelor's degree qualified Naturopath and registered nurse with over 10 years combined experience in the health and complementary medicine fields. Being a busy mum of 2 young boys, Tulsi loves helping other mums and women with all their health needs across the lifespan. She enjoys working together with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
