William Laird Psychologist

Melbourne Children's Psychology Clinic 617 Hampton Street, Brighton, Victoria, 3186

Overview

I am a psychologist working in private practice and can be located at my principal place of practice, Melbourne Children's Psychology Clinic (Hampton Clinic, Brighton). I am also available independently to conduct out-of-clinic psychological assessments and online consultations, for which I can be reached at wlairdpsych@outlook.com. In my private practice work, I am especially interested in neurodevelopmental assessment, the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders (such as OCD and tics), childhood trauma, and family and parenting matters. I have experience delivering and leading specialist family violence, statutory child protection, and out-of-home care services, with a particular focus in high-risk adolescents with multiple and complex needs, child sexual and criminal exploitation, the use of family violence, and family violence in the perinatal period.
