Carrina Hampton MH Social Worker | Family Therapist | Hypnotherapist Carrina is a mental health social worker, registered family therapist and clinical hypnotherapist who had been practicing in Bunbury for almost 20 years. Carrina is our Director and leads our therapeutic, community service and administrative teams. Carrina has a passion for human experiences, from perinatal wellbeing, parenting, child, adolescent and adult mental health, marital and relationship support. She works with individual, couples and families. Carrina also leads our partner programs / services Beer and Bubs: Childbirth Education for Men at the Pub, Blended! Happy Parenting in a Non-Nuclear World, Willow Training College, and aMaze Parenting. Jennifer is an accredited CBT psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience in social services and mental health, dedicated to helping others. She has specialised in psychotherapy and counselling for over a decade, having qualified in 2014. Jennifer holds clinical registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (MACA). UK-trained, Jennifer is an accredited psychotherapist with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I bring a unique blend of creativity, insight, mindfulness and over 20 years of professional experience to my practise as a therapist to assist with the full range of emotional issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and personal fulfillment. I have a Masters in Counselling and I am a qualified life coach with training in Hakomi, Narrative, Solution Focused, and Yoga Therapy. My experience in assisting individuals to overcome the impacts of trauma has led me in the direction of understanding people as a whole beings and therefore not only working with people on a psychological level but to also work with the impacts of emotions on the body, the mind and the spirit. I love to assist people to access their true potential. I am currently available for consultations both in-clinic and online. I use psychotherapy techniques, cognitive behaviour therapy, strength based therapies, strategic family therapy, psycho-education, functional family therapy and narrative therapy. I have an understanding of home school dynamics as well as main stream education and parenting neuro-diverse children.

Richelle is a dedicated and professional counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the human services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) degree, which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of political, behavioural, and social sciences, and equipped her with the skills necessary for professional practice in the human services field. As a certified counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and a learning and development specialist, Richelle has a broad range of expertise. She specialises in general counselling and has experience working with families, in adult mental health, and with children and young people. In her practice, Richelle uses a variety of tools and techniques to encourage individuals to value the process of taking the next step towards a brighter future. Currently, Richelle offers consultations in-clinic and via video conferences.
