I bring positive regard for my clients and curiosity, helping my clients to feel comfortable while we work together to develop rich, meaningful lives and overcome challenges. Ania Harden is a therapist and social worker with more than 15 years clinical experience working with clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. She has supported people with a diverse range of challenges including mental illness, trauma, domestic and family violence and sexual abuse. Ania is a culturally and linguistically diverse person with experience of living and working in Poland, the Netherlands, the UK and now Australia. Catalina Nam has extensive experience in counselling. Her experience includes but is not limited to: NDIS; veterans; migrants; disability; domestic violence; and seniors; and she has undertaken advanced training in Grief and Loss. Catalina migrated from South Korea to study a Bachelor of Social Work in 2003 and has lived here ever since. As a Social Worker, Catalina regularly provided counselling services to clients. After several years, she found that she enjoyed assisting clients in this way, which led to her completing a Master of Counselling degree.

Chris Lee

Christopher Lee is a clinical psychologist who specialises in trauma and with a keen interest in a wide range of psychological problems, as well as behavioural and relational issues in teenagers and young adults. His approach to therapy is to put the client first in all situations. That means there will be no judgement no matter what, instead, you will be provided with unconditional acceptance and positive regard. Christopher’s goal as a psychologist is to help his clients live in a way that is consistent with their personal values and to be more than they thought they could be. Dr Pauline Baleta

Dr Pauline Baleta is from South Africa where she was a fully registered senior clinical psychologist for the past 15 years, until she immigrated to Australia in April 2023. She qualified in 2008 with her masters degree in psychology from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) and then went on to complete her PhD in Psychology (UP) in 2019 at the University of Pretoria. Pauline brings with her a wide range of experience and knowledge from working in a range of different mental health and psychiatric settings. She has worked in detention centers and psychiatric hospitals (namely Sterkfontein, Tara H Moross and Glynnview) where she consulted with both involuntary and voluntary mental health users mostly dealing with depression and anxiety related disorders, bipolar mood disorder and schizophrenia. She also ran her own private practice in Johannesburg, South Africa for the past 15 years where she mostly consulted with individuals, couples and families and enjoyed working with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of doctors, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, psychiatric nurses, and social workers. Pauline was also the founding director of the Family Therapy Clinic at the hospital she consulted at and often ran DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) groups for inpatients. During her time in South Africa, Pauline also supervised interns, community service psychologists and psychiatric registrars in psychotherapy and assessments. Pauline also has experience and an active interest in medico-legal and forensic evaluations. She conducted many assessments through her private practice and in conjunction with the Department of Justice in South Africa. Pauline is very warm and caring and treats her patients with empathy and a non-judgemental approach. She believes that psychotherapy is a collaborative approach and looks forward to assisting you on your journey.

I have had vast experience with a wide range of individuals, couples and family concerns. I have also provided counselling services to businesses. I have been on the board of three mental health organizations and have been a professor at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and other university settings. Here in Australia, I am practicing as a provisional psychologist until I am fully registered. Currently, I am only conducting Telehealth consultations.

Jim Adsett

Psychologist

Jim Adsett is a highly experienced psychologist, skilled at providing counselling and treatment for a range of issues. He brings a compassionate and practical attitude to therapy and has particular strengths in working with adults with multiple diagnoses, including addictions, complex PTSD, anxiety and depression. For almost 15 years, Susan has worked with families struggling with post-separation conflict.  Susan acknowledges and empathises with the distress of child and adult clients, and re-focuses parents on their children. Being a child consultant of 12 years, she has experience conducting sessions with children to explore and acknowledge their experience of their family’s separation, including their perception of their parents’ interactions and relationship and their coping ability, through projective tools including sand-tray, stories, art, drawing and talk.
