Adam is passionate about creating space for people to explore themselves and their experiences. He has been supporting people for the best part of two decades. Working in prisons, community centres, homelessness services and schools. All this work has been aimed at prioritising individuals and creating spaces to learn and grow. Adam recognises we are all the experts in our own lives and sometimes all we need is someone to support us by asking the right questions and validating our experiences and feelings.

Meg Wilson

8 years experience specializing in therapy for non-monogamy, polyamory, LGBTQIA+, sex work, kink, neuro-diversity, and the entire rainbow spectrum. Meg has a masters degree in art psychotherapy and extensive training in DBT, CBT, mindfulness and emotion-focused therapy. She spends much of her time educating professionals and the public about the wide spectrum of relationships, gender and sexuality that we all live somewhere on. Meg strives to run a therapy practice that encourages inclusion, difference, acknowledgement and honesty. Currently, Meg is working as a counsellor with individuals and relationships. She facilitates therapy virtually from her web-based practice. She also operates as the co-founder of a mental health education platform called Mind Hike. In her spare time Meg loves hiking, riding her bike and introducing herself to every dog in Melbourne.

Natasha is a registered psychotherapist with a Master in Counselling. Natasha enjoys engaging with clients through her warm, humorous style, fostering a collaborative approach. Being raised within a Malaysian-Indian community gave Natasha an understanding and appreciation of the unique intricacies that exist within diverse communities. Her commitment to cultural sensitivity, community-based value systems and sex-positivity ensures that clients from various backgrounds feel understood and supported. Natasha has experience working within the public school system, where she has seen adolescent clients, as well as adult clients in private practice. She is passionate about fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to tell their stories. Natasha is trained in CBT, mindfulness, and schema therapy and utilises an eclectic approach for a person-centred therapeutic experience for al her clients.

Ms Nicki Nelis

Nicki is a Gestalt therapist with nearly 20 years of experience helping young people and adults navigate barriers to forming healthy relationships. Her career spans the youth, educational, and mental health sectors, with extensive experience supporting LGBTQI+ individuals, trauma survivors, and sexual assault survivors. Nicki’s approach is collaborative, person-centered, and compassionate, aiming to foster awareness, insight, and integration of personal experiences. She is a registered member of PACFA with a background in Psychology and Advanced Clinical Relational Gestalt Therapy. Additionally, she is trained in Narrative Therapy, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Passionate about supporting marginalized communities, Nicki’s lived experience in kink and ethical non-monogamy offers a unique, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their identities and relationships. She is particularly well suited to help people: - Navigate non-traditional relationship dynamics - Explore personal identity and self-acceptance - Process power dynamics and establish stronger boundaries - Understand and gain control over their embodied responses in relation to others and/or - Work through trauma responses in ways that facilitate greater connection within themselves and others
