Since young age all I knew was that "I wanted to help”. My purpose is to support peoples from all walks of life towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life, respecting their experiences, values, history... and everything that comes with it! Offering a warm, compassionate, and empathetic approach where no issue is too big or too small.
My approach integrates the latest psychological science, comprising concepts from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), Positive Psychology and Neuroscience to collaboratively tailor a unique treatment plan to fulfil each client's needs and goals in therapy.
With more than 15 years of experience in the health Industry, caring for people and studying a lot, I know Psychology is my purpose, it is my Ikigai (Ikigai is a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living.)
