A 50% non-refundable (conditional) deposit is payable at the time of making the online booking. This amount will be deductible from the session fee at the time of attending. Late arrivals- Unfortunately sometimes life does make it difficult to reach your appointment on time and we do understand this, however arriving late to your appointment can impact others so in order to minimise the impact we cannot hold your session time longer than 20 minutes past your scheduled start time, if you feel you cannot make it within this time please give us a call and we can look at possible options such as rescheduling your session. If we do not hear from you, a fee may be applied at it will be deemed as a cancelled without notification session.
