Dimi is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping her clients on their journey to better health through collaboration, support and compassion. Dimi graduated from Sydney University in 2014 with an honours degree in Science (Nutrition) and has had experience working in hospitals, the community and extensive experience in private practice.
Dimi enjoys empowering her clients to establish a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Dimi uses a holistic approach to ensure her clients get the most out of their sessions by assisting them to make steady and sustainable changes that will benefit them for the long term.
In her spare time, Dimi enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two (very) active toddlers, cooking, trying out new cafes and doing pilates & yoga.
