My therapy approach is client centred. I offer support and acceptance, whether you are going through anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, a difficult relationship or feel ‘stuck’. My aim is to empower you to overcome your personal obstacles. I am passionate about assisting you through your healing and growth. I will tailor my approach and interventions to suit your needs. After I obtained my Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) I had to complete an intensive 2 ½ year post graduate Psychology internship program to become registered as a Psychologist. Since then and over the years I have practiced, I have worked with a wide range of client presentations and all ages from children to the elderly. I have experienced several major life challenges and feel I have emerged from ‘the other side’ as a deeper, mature and more loving person. I truly believe that I cannot help people unless I’ve done my own personal work. My life experience as well as my experience as a practitioner, has helped many others and I believe I can help you as well.
