Stuart Morgan Qualified Social Worker Masters of Social Work, Charles Sturt University Stuart has worked with vulnerable populations both in Melbourne and Central Australia for over ten years and is constantly inspired by people's innate ability to overcome life's challenges. Sometimes all that is needed is a gentle exploration into inner resources such as resilience, flexibility and creativity to remind us that we have what it takes to move forward. Stuart's approach is primarily strengths-based and seeks to address obstacles in a way that is both sustainable and life-affirming. Having spent the last six years working cross-culturally in Alice Springs has given him valuable insight into the personal and professional stresses inherent in such settings, where compassion fatigue and burnout often result. He hopes to assist people in finding their way through such experiences and working towards a renewed sense of equilibrium.
