Stephanie is a fully qualified Registered Psychologist of 14 years with a Master in Health Science (Child and Adolescent Mental Health), Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and currently completing a Master of Psychology (Clinical).
She has experience in a range of settings including schools, the Australian Defence Force, private practice, and rehabilitation services and so comes with a wide range of experience in helping people with their mental health needs.
Stephanie has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and their families for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment and dealing with family change. She also has experience in supporting children, both neurotypical and neurodivergent, in developing their coping skills, capacity to manage big feelings and social skills. Stephanie is a caring, empathetic, and warm psychologist who strives to develop strong therapeutic relationships to support children and young people to flourish. Stephanie works collaboratively with families to develop insight and skills in supporting their child or young person.
Stephanie also has experience with adults of all ages and would be honoured to walk alongside to assist them in living a fulfilling life that aligns with their authentic self.
Stephanie has experience in assessing and treating a range of concerns including but not limited to:
Depression, Anxiety, ASD, ADHD , Learning difficulties, Trauma and Adjustment concerns.
Stephanie is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist and is an accredited STAP supervisor who can provide supervision for generally registered psychologists or those undertaking the 5+1 pathway.
Stephanie will be undergoing her Clinical Endorsement Program to become a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist once she has completed her current Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical).
