Stacey June Lewis has worked, advocated and shared stories to educate people about women's health for over a decade. Her passion lies within women and children’s emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. She offers lived experience and expertise in fertility, perinatal and postpartum health, and early parenthood.
Stacey’s journey through miscarriage and IUI / IVF has inspired her to support women and couples moving through such a unique and challenging experience. Stacey is a qualified Counsellor / Psychotherapist (BA Comm, PostGradDip Couns & Psychotherapy) and is completing her Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Stacey encompasses several therapy models in her practice, including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy and CBT/ACT. Stacey also has extensive mindfulness training and works as a yoga and meditation teacher across Melbourne. Stacey supports women and children with a wide range of issues like anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family issues, identity, self-worth, adjustment, grief, assertiveness and boundaries, personal growth and personal development.
In a past life, Stacey worked as a Radio Broadcaster and continues to work in podcasting and publishing. Her first book, Single Pringle, was released in the same year she gave birth to her baby boy Bryn. She is a columnist for Mamamia and Kidspot.
