Dr Stephanie Jones

Psychologist

Stephanie sees adults, older adults, and older adolescents (aged 16+) for individual therapy. She enjoys creating a safe and supportive relationship with her clients, and using this foundation to help them overcome problems and build a satisfying life. Stephanie is particularly interested in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. She has a neurodiversity-affirming approach in her work with ADHD, autistic, and otherwise neurodivergent clients, she is LGBTQIA+, poly- and kink-friendly, and she welcomes clients of all cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds. Stephanie now also offers neurodiversity-affirming autism assessments for adults.

Jay provides services in southwest Western Australia at the Southwest Wellbeing Centre. Jay has worked in the Human Services field for about 25 years, of which the last 10 years have involved therapeutic work. Jay's passion is "making a difference" and she works with adults as well as children. She enjoys a wholistic focus on human wellbeing and working collaboratively with the client and associated professionals. She has a strong interest in Animal Assisted Therapy and her dog has engaged in therapy with her for a few years now. Jay looks forward to working with you so that life can be positively different!!

Ms Anunda Catherine Merz

Counsellor

Anunda C. Merz has over 9 years experience as a counsellor for adults, adolescents/children, working with individual’s, couples, groups and providing clinical supervision to other professionals. Her approach is holistic and includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Art Therapy and many more. She’s provided creative therapeutic group facilitation in various settings since 1996 like Mental Health Carers, Women Refuges, Child Protection, Sexual Abuse and in locations throughout Australia, New Zealand and several months at a Crisis Centre for children in Sri Lanka. She started a Private Practice about 2 years ago and offers EAP counselling through Access Wellbeing. She completed a B.SW in 2002, is a member of AASW and B.Art (Honors) in 1993
