Overview

Sophie is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about empowering her clients to take action as experts in their own lives to facilitate increased well-being. She has experience working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, personality disorders, and stress. She also has experience supporting Autistic people and ADHDers. Sophie likes to adapt her therapy modality to what the client is presenting, often incorporating Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and so on. Sophie also conducts comprehensive cognitive and academic assessments under the supervision of senior clinical psychologists.
